Chico, a 1-3 year, high-yielding, leafy and upright chicory, ideal for maximising livestock performance. With rapid establishment and re-growth, Chico provides high yields of very high quality, highly palatable forage over the spring, summer and autumn period. Renowned for its high metabolisable energy and high livestock performance. Chico’s drought tolerance (1m long tap root), and resilience against Diamondback Moth and White Butterfly make it an ideal choice for specialist summer crops or as a valuable component in pastures.
